Return & Warranty Policy

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase. The return period begins from the day you receive the product, in accordance with Georgian consumer protection law.

Items must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories and documentation included. The product must not have been used or installed.

To initiate a return, contact us at +995 599 25 90 85 or orders@atom.ge. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide further instructions.

Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty duration and conditions vary by product and brand. For warranty claims, please contact us directly.

Returns are not accepted for: special-order items, products that have been installed or used, and items damaged after purchase.
